Slack demand on house purchase in Bulgaria this year led to the growth of offers to rent an apartment. Great number of apartment rent offers resulted in a wide choice for potential tenants. The number of check-ups has increased and the owners are put pressure upon to lower prices.
However despite the crisis rent prices in Varna are rather stable, sometimes the prices are higher than in the capital Sophia. The lowest rent prices in Varna are in the most remote districts Vladislavovo and Vozrazdanje. The price there is 2.5 – 3 euro per square meter a month. The most expensive offers are in Morskoy sad, where the price is over 8 euros per square meter a month. A 60 square meters two-room apartment in Greece neighborhood (one of the oldest, the most prestigious and expensive city district), which is in 5 minute walk from Varna is for rent for 250 euros a month. There are offers of two and three-room apartments in the very center of the city at the price of 250 - 500 euros a month.
An ancient house 150 square meters – a sample of architecture standing near the Cathedral Church is for rent for 2000 euros a month. A studio in a residential district Tchaika near the gym can be rented for 150 euro a month.
